The Learning Experience
Program formats are selected to match the subject and audience. Depending on the program, the learning experience may combine:
Focused contributions from practitioners, executives, academics and specialists with relevant subject expertise.
Structured examination of real or representative business situations to test judgment, assumptions and decision-making.
Facilitated discussion that allows experienced participants to compare perspectives, challenges and approaches.
Frameworks, questions and working tools that help participants connect program content to their own organizational context.
Purposeful interaction among participants whose roles, experience or business interests make peer exchange valuable.
Program Development
The Academy uses a disciplined development process so that audience, subject, faculty and format support the purpose of each program.
Each program begins with a clearly defined participant profile so that the level, examples, discussions and learning environment are relevant to the people in the room.
Program subjects are selected around practical business questions, leadership responsibilities and commercial challenges rather than broad theory alone.
Faculty, contributors and delivery formats are selected according to the subject, audience and objectives of each program. Formats may combine expert sessions, case discussion, executive dialogue and practical application.
Programs are delivered against defined objectives, with participant feedback and post-program review used to evaluate relevance and strengthen future sessions.
